Prime Architects was hired to renovate Building 60 B Wing Patient Rooms, Dallas VA Medical Center, Dallas, Texas.

Prime Architects is providing all necessary architectural and engineering design services as required to prepare complete contract drawings, specifications, technical reports, and cost estimates for the renovation of existing building #60 B wing patient bedrooms and bathrooms and associated mechanical and electrical components. Lavastida Development Group (LDG), dba Prime Architects is currently under contract to perform on-site facility operations, maintenance, custodial and grounds services for all federal buildings in the state of North Dakota.

LDG is providing management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies and is responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems located within the property line of ten buildings in this contract.

Capitol Hill's Yale Theater - Please Vote YALE for National Award

The Yale Theater opened in 1918 and it was a tremendous, central asset of Capitol Hill in OKC from 1918 to the late 1960’s. As our urban cores deteriorated in the 1970’s, the Yale also ceased sowing quality movies and ultimately closed in the 1980's.

More recently, Mason Realty Investors purchased the Yale in December 2016 and it is currently part of a $2M contest led by the National Trust for Historic Preservation to renovate 25 historic buildings in the United States. This prize money will help us finalize and enhance our current $800k effort to restore the Yale to its original grander and important part of our community - including restoring the facade, sign, lobby, foyer, and auditorium.
