Project Update for U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) in North Dakota

Lavastida Development Group (LDG), dba Prime Architects is currently under contract to perform on-site facility operations, maintenance, custodial and grounds services for all federal buildings in the state of North Dakota.

LDG is providing management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies and is responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems located within the property line of ten buildings in this contract.

LDG is also responsible to make management and operational decisions to meet the quality standards required under the contract.
